All I have to say is BULL FUCKING SHIT!!! So somehow, some way, or what the fuck ever, 1,400 or 14,000 e-mails were sent from my account and one of AOL's safeguards is that they lock your account password. Ok, that's all well and good... but they will only talk to the main person on the account, i.e. the person who pays the bill, my father. Now if any of you who read this know my father, the almost 80 year old man, you also know he doesn't know much about computers. And AOL isn't any help. So to make a long story short, almost a half hour later my mother finally gets them to talk to her and now I can call because my name is on the list. DAMN!!!! I swear, Customer Service.. hmmm aren't they supposed to be helpful and aid you, esp. if you don't know a lot about what you're talking about? Sigh, so to whoever out there made my screen name send out all those emails and gave me this fucking headache, I will find you, hunt you down, and become your worst nightmare!!! Anti-Virus here I come!!!
A small revision to the post above. The guy who helped my parents the final time they were transfered was really nice and helped them out. He also understood what my parents wanted and he was able to take care of everything. So al and all it worked out, BUT it still took them like 6 transfers to get it all figured out.
